Our Sunshine Cafe offers a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere and really is a great place to relax after excerise, meet friends, enjoy breakfast, lunch or just a snack! Offering an affordable range of exciting healthy food options including home-made soups, baguettes, toasties paninis and baked potatoes. In addition, our self- serve salad bar offers an amazing range of ever changing salad options all for one low price! All our food is freshly prepared in the Centre each day and we use low fat substitutes wherever possible. Our healthy choice options are clearly labelled for your guidance.
Enjoy a full range of drinks including speciality teas, coffee, hot chocolate and smoothies - all freshly made to order. For a tasty treat, why not indulge yourself in one of our fresh fruit salads, muffins or our famous home-made banana bread?

In 2008, we proudly received a Healthy Living Award in recognition of our commitment to providing low cost healthy food, using freshly prepared ingredients and in 2011 we received the Healthyliving Plus award.
Our free Play Zone playpark will also keep the children entertained to let you enjoy a well earned rest!
The Sunshine Cafe can provide catering or refreshments for your meetings or events here at the Centre and offers express lunches and external catering for collection at a time convenient to you.
Cafe Opening Hours:
Mon - Thur: 9.am - 3pm & 5pm - 8pm
Fri: 9am to 3pm
Sat/Sun: 9.30am - 3.00pm
In addition, soft drinks and snack vending machines are located at Reception.
