Our Cafe Gains Healthyliving Award Plus

We are delighted to announce that the Sunshine Café at the Healthy Living Centre recently celebrated the achievement of a national accreditation after being presented with a prestigious Healthyliving Plus Award.

Centre Staff raise money for 2011 Jeans for Genes Day

GRA staff based at the Healthy Living Centre continued a tradition of taking part in the annual Jeans for Genes fundraising initiative on Friday 7th October.

Wear It Pink 2011

Staff based at the Healthy Living Centre kicked off a day-long event on Friday 28th October, to help raise funds for the Wear It Pink Breast Cancer Campaign.

The East End Healthy Living Centre visits the Forge Shopping Centre to take part in the Fun & Fitness event this Thursday 20th October.

August Track Closure Dates for Special Events

The track will be closed for walk-on customers between 6-9pm on Tuesday 23rd & Tuesday 30th August due to annual Shettleston Harriers Open Graded meetings as follows:

Calm Project begins service delivery at the Centre.

We are pleased to announce that the Calm project began service delivery from the Centre on 22 August 2011.

Annual synthetic pitch maintenance work now completed.

All synthetic pitches re-opened on Saturday 20th August following a one week closure for essential maintenance works.
